  1. Crumble Khoya (unsweetened). with hand..add sugar.. Gundar pak /gond burfi
  2. Mix well..and keep aside for 2-3hours so sugar will get diluted with Khoya..

  7. In Non stick pan add Khoya-Sugar mixture..Saute this mixture at low temperature for four-five minutes...
  8. To check if the mixture is Cooked.. place a drop of hot mixture..in plate..with thumb and first finger..make small ball..(if still sticking and not forming ball..then Roast for few seconds more)..
  9. Off the Flame..add splutttered GUNDAR Kani /Gond.Mix well..
  10. .
  11. Spread this PREPARED GUNDAR PAK/ GOND BURFI..IN TRAY.Garnish with Pistachio flakes..
  12. Cool for 1/2hour before cutting into squares pieces..
  13. Serve & relish this delicious traditional sweet.gundar pak /gond burfi...made with four ingredients only..

Take out in a bowl and keep aside. Now lower the flame to medium low. Dry roast almond on low heat and coarse grind. Dry roast shredded coconut on low heat for a minute. Roasting all these ingredients enhances the flavour.
