Mutton masala chops instructions
- For Marination 1 cup yogurt add garlic paste vinegar soya sauce national tikka masala mix well and add mutton chops into the mixture.
- Cover the mixture and leave it for 2 hrs.
- Put it in to pressure cooker with water for 25 mins then add some oil and mix well..
- Garnish with ring onion and green chilies.
Mix all the ingredients under marination, ginger garlic paste and water in a bowl. Mutton Chops is basically made from Lamb Chops cut pieces. But you can also make this curry with tender lamb or goat pieces. Generally tender lamp pieces are cooked in an open pot on woodfire. But for the ease and non availability of wood fire in my kitchen, I have cooked on gas stove in a pressure cooker to speed up the cooking process.
