- Wash all dals in cooker container with water thrice and add enough water, pressure cook for 4 whistles..
- In kadhai,add cooked dals mixture,add turmeric powder red chilli powder,dhaniya- cumin powder, garam masala,dry mango powder and salt.Add jaggery also. Mix and cook for 2 mins..
- In small tempering pan heat ghee,add cumin seeds, whole red chillies, cinnamon stick,cloves, asafoetida as it splutters pour on cooking dal mixture..
- Cook for 2 minutes. Serve/ relish hot with parathas,wheat bhakhris in lunch or dinner..
