Ingredients of Instant jowar dosa
- It's 1 cup of jowar flour.
- You need 1/2 cup of rice flour.
- It's 1/2 tbs of rava / semolina.
- It's 1-2 of finely chopped green chilli.
- Prepare 1 tbs of finely chopped coriander.
- It's 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp or as required of salt.
- It's 1 tsp of lemon juice(optional).

Instant jowar dosa step by step
- Take a jowar flour, rice flour, rava in a mixing bowl. Add chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice. Mix well..
- Now add water little by little to make a thin consistency batter like neer dosa or rava dosa..
- Cover and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes..
- Heat the non stick pan on low medium flame. On dosa tava spread oil using brush evenly..
- Mix the batter well. Pour the batter in a circular motion. Start pouring the batter from outside rim of tava to the inward center.(the method of pouring the batter is just like a rava dosa or neer dosa)..
- Cook it on medium flame. Sprinkle little oil..
- Cook till it becomes golden brown. Sprinkle dry curry leaves chutney over it. Fold and serve hot with coconut chutney or potato curry..
