  10. Prepare 1 tablespoon of chicken spice.
  11. You need 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

  1. Dice peppers.
  2. Season the breast with salt, paprika, black pepper & chicken spice. Cut the breasts in the middle to stuff them...
  3. Stuff with diced peppers.
  4. Pour the basil pesto on top of peppers.
  5. Sprinkle feta on top of basil pesto.
  6. Close chicken then Wrap bacon around it securing with toothpicks.
  7. Bake in oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or till chicken is cooked.
  8. Remove toothpicks & serve with vegies or salad of your choice..
