Ingredients of Ragi Dosa

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Ragi Atta.
  2. You need 1 cup of Semolina.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of Rice flour.
  4. Prepare 1 inch of ginger grated.
  5. It's 1 spoon of yoghurt.
  6. It's 1 of finely chopped onions.
  7. It's 1 of carrot grated.

  11. You need Handful of coriander leaves.
  12. Prepare to taste of Salt.

Heat the skillet on medium heat and pour a ladleful of ragi dosa batter over the skillet and spread the batter evenly using a spiral motion from inside out. Pour a teaspoon of ghee around the edges and increase the heat and cook the ragi ghee roast dosa for couple of minutes until the bottom of the dosa starts to turn golden brown. Nutritious, high in dietary fibre, calcium and iron, ragi aka finger millet flour is gluten free, easily digestible with an earthy, nutty flavor. Ragi is popular down South and many families incorporate it in their daily meals in some form or the other.

  3. Take a fry pan grease it with oil..
  4. Pour the batter and let it cook. When done flip the side and cook on the other side..
  5. Serve hot with coconut chutney..

Grind the Ragi millet with a cup of water in the blender to a smooth paste. Mix the Ragi millet paste to the urad dal paste. Add in the salt and mix well to combine.
