Ingredients of Ragi Dosa
- Prepare 1 cup of Ragi Atta.
- You need 1 cup of Semolina.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Rice flour.
- Prepare 1 inch of ginger grated.
- It's 1 spoon of yoghurt.
- It's 1 of finely chopped onions.
- It's 1 of carrot grated.
- Prepare 1 of green chilli finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Jeera.
- Prepare Few of curry patta.
- You need Handful of coriander leaves.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need Little of oil.
Heat the skillet on medium heat and pour a ladleful of ragi dosa batter over the skillet and spread the batter evenly using a spiral motion from inside out. Pour a teaspoon of ghee around the edges and increase the heat and cook the ragi ghee roast dosa for couple of minutes until the bottom of the dosa starts to turn golden brown. - Take a bowl. Put ragi flour, semolina, rice flour, yogurt, onions, ginger, green chillies, jeera, curry patta, coriander leaves and mix well..
- Add water and make the flowing consistency. Keep aside for 20 mins..
- Take a fry pan grease it with oil..
- Pour the batter and let it cook. When done flip the side and cook on the other side..
- Serve hot with coconut chutney..
