- Prepare 1 cup of besan.
- You need 2 of sp semolina.
- Prepare 2 of tomatoes.
- You need 2 of green chillies.
- You need 1/4 spoon of garam masala.
- Prepare of Salt as required.
- Prepare 1 of onion (optional).
- Prepare 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves.
- It's 1/2 of sp turmeric powder.
- It's of Oil for dosa.
In a mixing bowl, add besan, rice flour, green chili paste, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt. Add water to the mixture and make it into a thin batter. Keep a flat pan on medium high heat; apply a little oil on the pan. When the pan gets hot, pour a ladle full of the batter on the pan and spread in circular motions.

Method : Mix besan, rice flour. Mix semilina, besan, salt and cooking soda in a big vessel. Add buttermilk and cumin seeds to the above mixture. Mix well and add water if necessary and make dosa batter. The batter should be like a normal dosa batter only.
