Ingredients of Onion rava dosa
- Prepare of maida.
- You need of semolina.
- You need of butter.
- You need of jeera.
- You need of green mirchi.
- Prepare of salt.
- You need of pepper corns.
- You need of buttermilk.
- You need of water.
Chop onions and green chillies very finely. Instructions Firstly, take a bowl, into it add sooji/rava, add rice flour, all purpose flour/maida. Add finely chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds, very finely chopped onion, very finely chopped green chillies. Add salt according to taste, chopped curry leaves, crushed ginger.
Onion rava dosa step by step
- In a bowl take butter take jeera take maida and mix it for 5 mins..
- Once done add semolina and cut mirchi into the batter and mix it. When it's completed add buttermilk and water into and mix it well..
- Preheat the tawa for around 10 min so that it becomes really hot..
- Sprinkle the onions on the heated tawa. Then completely mix the batter which is prepared and sprinkle it on the tawa so that it becomes a thin layer..
- After 10 min the rava dosa gets completely cooked and the dosa unsticks from the pan..
- Serve the dosa hot with coconut chutney sambar and ginger chutney..
