  7. It's 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  8. It's 1 teaspoon of Everest chhole masala.
  9. It's 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
  10. It's 1/2 teaspoon of mango powder.
  11. Prepare 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
  12. Prepare 2 pinch of hing.
  13. Prepare of Ghee.
  14. It's 2 of cloves.
  15. Prepare of Salt.
  16. Prepare of B-SHRIKHAND:-.
  17. Prepare 2 cup of curd.
  18. It's 1/2-1 cup of sugar.
  19. Prepare 4-5 of crushed Almond.
  20. It's 1/2 teaspoon of crushed pistachios.
  21. It's 1 pinch of kesar(saffron).
  22. Prepare 1 pinch of cardamom powder.
  23. Prepare of C-POTATO veg.
  24. It's 2 of potato.
  25. You need 2-3 of Green chilli.
  26. Prepare of Salt.
  27. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  28. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  29. It's 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
  30. You need 1/2 teaspoon of mango powder.
  31. You need 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
  32. It's 1/4 teaspoon of rai.
  33. Prepare 2 of ping hing m.
  34. It's 1 tablespoon of mustard oil.
  35. It's of The-Puri.
  36. Prepare 2-3 cup of flour.
  37. You need of Water.

In an effort to keep the recipe simple and realizable-something that anyone can try for a special weekend lunch at home-I prepared a punjabi style thali,a mini-thali 🙂.

Veg.Thali step by step

  1. Dal-wash and soak 15 mint in water after drain out, heat a cooker add dal and water cook 4 to 5 whistles. Open lid and mix proper add water,turmeric, red chilli, salt, ginger,green chilli,tomato,coriander powder,chhole masala the and cook 5 to 10 mint medium low flame after add mango powder and mix.
  2. Another side make tadka - heat a pan add ghee cumin seeds, clove,black pepper, dry red chilli hing and the colour change turn off gas and add this tadka in dal,garnish coriander leaves and serve..
  3. Shrikhand- take bowl of curd add sugar mix proper add saffron dry fruits again mix.put in fridge after few mint Serve..
  4. Potato veg - wash, peel and cut potato.Heat a pan add oil rai and jeera,hing wait colour change add potato,turmeric red chilli and salt mix cover a pan,put water bowl on pan cover and cook medium low..
  5. Keep stirring in between leave till they proper cook.
  6. After add coriander powder and mango powder mix roast 2 mint.turn off flame. And serve..
  7. Puri-take a bowl add flour mix water knead a tight dough. Make a ball this dough.rolling this ball in round shape and fry..
