- Cook palm fruit I.e Banga until it get's soft and tender..
- Pound the fruit to extract the residue..
- Blend crayfish, pepper and onions in separate plates..
- Place the extracted Banga residue on fire,allow to get thick a bit,or as desired..
- Pour in ur okpei,pepper, onions, fish,stock cube and salt..
- Allow to cook for about 10 mins..
