  3. Blend crayfish, pepper and onions in separate plates..
  4. Place the extracted Banga residue on fire,allow to get thick a bit,or as desired..
  5. Pour in ur okpei,pepper, onions, fish,stock cube and salt..
  6. Allow to cook for about 10 mins..
  7. Add scent leave and crayfish stir gently,and remove from the fire..
  8. Banga stew is ready..
  9. Serve with white rice or rice mixed with beans..
