- Mix all the ingredients Except the baking powder.Let it rest for 5 mins then add the baking powder n Mix well.pour the mixture into the greased tray..
- Decorate it with red chilly powder n simsim.Steam it for 25mins n check with a toothpick just like cake. Remove the tray n let it cool then cut into pcs..
- Take a small sufuria put oil wn hot put in the mustard seeds, simsim n curryleaves.once light brown turn off the gas.
