- You need 2-3 cups of water.
- It's 2 of Sabut garam masala (bay leaf(tej patta),choti elaichi each ).

- Heat oil in a pan to fry Soya chaap- Add all pieces of chaap- one by one Start turning sides after a minute (keep flame medium or low) Once it completely cooked and light brown take out in a Bowl For marination the fry chaap add-1/2 cup of curd,1/4 tsp of chaat masala,2tsp butter,1/4tsp of red chilli powder,1/4 tsp of coriander powder, pinch of garam masala, pinch of salt and mix it well And leave this merinated chaap for 20-25 min. Now prepare the gravy..

Heat oil in kadai and saute chaap pcs from all sides on medium flame. Steam soya chaap sticks or pcs and cut into small pcs. Place chaap chunks in hot oil.
