- It's of rava/semolina.
- It's of rice flour.
- It's of maida/All purpose flour.
- Prepare of small onions chopped.
- It's of big capsicum chopped.
- Prepare of ginger grated.
- You need of chopped green chillies.

For second dosa, generally it becomes too hot, to cool it down you can sprinkle some water. Gently took out the dosa, put masala filling in center & fold it from sides. - In a mixing bowl add rava and all ingredients except maida.
- Add water slowly slowly mix well than add maida and mix well add water if required consistency of batter should be medium not to thin not to thick. If it's too much thin suzi can be added..if required add salt.
- Now keep batter in refrigerator to set for 30 to 40 minutes.
- For potato masala in a kadai add oil than add mustard seeds as it gets splitter than add chopped garlic green chillies saute it than add onions.
- Now curry leaves and cook till onion is translucent later add chilli powder turmeric powder mix it than add potatoes salt mix well and sprinkle some water let it cook for 5 minutes.
- After removing dosa.batter from refrigerator mix it check consistency if it's thick add little water mix it well.. Now take a pan.. Clean it with onion so dosa won't stick to pan..mix batter and take it and spread on pan slowly on high flame..
- Now add little oil on sides of dosa.. slow flame cover it with lid...
- Now flip the dosa cook on other side again flip it add potatoes masala in centre of dosa and roll from both sides... Now dosa is ready.
- Cut into pieces and serve it with chutney and enjoy😊.
