- It's of potatoes.
- You need of tomatoes (Puree).

- You need of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare of garam masala.

- Peel off the skin of parwal and potato.
- In a pan add mustard oil and fry potato and parwal till light brown in medium flame. In the same same pan add 1 tablespoon oil, cumin seeds,cloves,elaichi,dalchini, chopped onion saute till light pink.
- Add ginger garlic paste, above spices, water. mix well, add tomato puree. Mix well for 5 min. In low flame..
- Cook for 5 to 10 mins. In low flame. Parwal aalu ki sabji is ready to serve..
