Ingredients of Mutton Aloo Curry
- Prepare 1 of . Mutton - 500 gm.
- Prepare 2 of . Aloo - 2.
- You need 3 of . Onion - 4.
- Prepare 4 of . Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp.
- It's 5 of . Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Prepare 6 of . Red chilli powder - 2 tsp.
- It's 7 of . Coriander powder - 1 tbsp.
- It's 8 of . Garam masala - 1 tsp.
- You need 9 of . Oil - 2 tbsp.

Mutton Aloo Curry instructions
- 1. Clean and cut mutton into cubes. Add 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of oil to this and cook in pressure cooker upto 5 whistles. Cook and keep this aside. 2. Heat oil in kadai add onion saute nicely, now add green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Saute till raw smell goes off. 3. Now add cubed potatoes. Saute a bit. Now add the cooked mutton pieces with water. Let it cook for another 2 - 3 minutes..
- 4. Now add remaining turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and garam masala to this. Add enough salt. close with lid and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. 5. Now add roughly chopped tomatoes to this. Close with lid cook till tomato become mushy and soft. 6. Now open the lid and cook till oil comes out of the sides..
- 7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with idli, dosa or roti as your choice..
