- Marinate the mutton with the salt ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, green chilli and yogurt.
- Set aside for about 45 mint to 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Then saute bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamoms for 2 mints.
