After 20 minutes take a pan then poured into as needed oil then add chopped onion and garlic paste then saute very well and turn into brown colour then add the ginger paste, green chili sliced, chili powder salt as needed then poured a little bit of water and fry until the oil remove from spices..
  5. Now make it thik gravy and add the garam mashla powder mix it very well now it's ready for eat.next garnish with 1table spoon crushed walnut and 1table spoon fresh cream and enjoy it with rice, chapati, nun etc. Very unique and tasty recipe..

The result is a fall off the bone tender mutton in a rich curry. Cook on low flame until the curry turns creamy. Now add the remaining chopped garlic and fry until it turns brown.
