Walnut mutton curry step by step
- At first wash the mutton pieces then take a large bowl for marinating the mutton..
- Now marinade the mutton with 1table spoon oil, 1teas spoon Turmeric powder, 1teas spoon coriander powder and salt to taste..
- Now add the marinated mutton then saute well and cover it for 30 minutes in low flame and cook it. Next add the peanut paste, walnut paste and fresh cream then mix it very well cook it for 15 minutes and add 2 cups of water..
- After 20 minutes take a pan then poured into as needed oil then add chopped onion and garlic paste then saute very well and turn into brown colour then add the ginger paste, green chili sliced, chili powder salt as needed then poured a little bit of water and fry until the oil remove from spices..
- Now make it thik gravy and add the garam mashla powder mix it very well now it's ready for eat.next garnish with 1table spoon crushed walnut and 1table spoon fresh cream and enjoy it with rice, chapati, nun etc. Very unique and tasty recipe..
The result is a fall off the bone tender mutton in a rich curry. Cook on low flame until the curry turns creamy. Now add the remaining chopped garlic and fry until it turns brown.
