- Heat oil in dekchi..
- Add whole spices to the oil and stir it for 1-2 min..
- Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown..
- Add chopped tomatoes, spices and marinated mutton. Cook for 15 min on medium flame..
- Add water, cover the dekchi and let it simmer for 20 min..
- Add water to achieve required consistency of the gravy..
