  1. Marinate the mutton with the mentioned ingredients. Let it rest for 30 min..

  3. Add whole spices to the oil and stir it for 1-2 min..
  4. Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown..
  5. Add chopped tomatoes, spices and marinated mutton. Cook for 15 min on medium flame..
  6. Add water, cover the dekchi and let it simmer for 20 min..
  7. Add water to achieve required consistency of the gravy..
  8. Garnish and serve with rice and salad..
