- Add mutton chops,ginger garlic paste,black pepper powder,grinded green chillies,red chilli powder,salt and water in a pressure cook and cook till 1 whistle. (The chops should not be very soft)..
- Once the whistle goes off open the lid of pressure cooker and cook the chops on medium flame untill the water evaporates..
- Than let it cool down and then add than mix the cooked mutton chops with 1 tbpn of zeera powder, 1/2 tbspn of dhaniya powder 1tbspn Lemon juice, 2tbspn gram flour,red food colour and marinate for at least 1 hr..
- Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry the mutton chops..
