  13. Prepare as required of Boiled white chana with cumin seeds tadka.
  14. You need 1 cup of Curd.
  15. Prepare as required of Mango powder sauce.
  16. Prepare as required of Green sauce.
  17. You need as required of Coriander leaves.
  18. Prepare 1-2 of Chopped onions.

Aloo Tikki is a popular Indian street food which is basically crispy and spicy potato patty. It is one of the most popular chaat items and can be made easily at home too. Aloo tikki instructions

  4. Put it in refrigerator for 10 - 15 minutes for setting..
  5. Take a tawa or pan and heat oil. Put tikkis on tawa or in pan and cook it on slow flam while it become crunchy from both the sides. Have patience while cooking..
  6. Garnish it with boiled channa, whisked curd, roasted cumin seeds powder, salt red chilli powder, chaat masala, chopped onion, mango powder sauce, green sauce and coriander leaves..
  7. Add little bit of salt and sugar in curd. Use fresh curd..
