Carrot Halwa and Bread Swiss Roll. Gajar ka Halwa Swiss Roll or Carrot Halwa Roulade is an Indian inspired fusion dessert which is a result of few insane experiments in my kitchen. It is nothing but simple carrot pudding, stuffed between sheets of sweetened mawa and rolled up like swiss roll. It's easy, quick and simple yet scrumptious.

  7. Now equaly spread the leftover carrot halwa on it. Now fold it with the help of plastic sheets. But don't roll the plastic sheet..
  8. Now allow to cool down in freeze about 2 to 3 hours..
  9. Now take it out in freeze and remove plastic sheet. Now cut it and serve it..
