Made with bread, rice flour and semolina, this Bread Dosa can be made without much pre-planning because you don't need to ferment the batter. In blender / Mixer / Food Processor add Rava. Sprinkle a handful of water on the hot pan to cool it, then dry with some kitchen paper. You can cook Bread Dosa using 9 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you achieve that.
Ingredients of Bread Dosa
- Prepare 4 of Bread slice.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Semolina.
- You need 4 tbsp of Rice Flour.
- It's 4 tbsp of Curd.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Ginger-Garlic Paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
- It's as per taste of Salt.
- You need as needed of oil.
Pour one ladle of the dosa batter in the middle of the pan. Using the bottom of the ladle, quickly move it in a circular motion, allowing the batter to spread outwards from the middle towards the edge of the pan, to form a round, thin pancake.
