Today I have made mix Lunch thali in that black eye peas gravy, jeera rice, mix vegetable bhaji, Rasam, salad, papad and boiled egg. Then, take a grinder and add tomatoes, asafoetida, cumin seeds, peppercorns, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt in it. Grind all these ingredients to a paste. Rasam and salad instructions
- In a mixer jar add garlic ginger jeera black pepper and tomatoes grind it properly. Take a pan add ghee mustard seeds once crackle add dry chilli curry leaves and the ground paste which we did.
- Add salt and bring it boil for 1 minute off the gas. Serve hot.
